About this parkrun
Flat course apart from turnaround after underpass with gentle slope you have to do 4 times. Mixture of hard tarmac paths and gravel around lake. Congested for first 1km but then spreads out. Plenty of free parking close to start. Toilets Limited.Gravic 5th Feb 2019
Aug 2021 - out and back, mix of tarmac and trail round the lake, flat apart from small incline/decline, can get congested in places due to narrow paths, well organised and super friendly.

Flat course around Lakeside business park. Mix of tarmac and gravel paths, A bit wet and muddy in the winter but quick course. The turnround points do slow times a bit. Starbucks available at the end of the run. Free parking short walk from start.

I really like this one, I've done it once in baking sunshine and once when it was so wet, they decided it should just be called Portsmouth Lake parkrun. Pretty flat and quick course. Nice friendly team.
