Binks Absolute shocker. Been ill for a while so that may have something to do with it but jsut fell apart half way. Had to walk the last 6 miles. At least it was a nice walk. Not too worried, this stuff happens every now and then.

Foxy great event - tougher than last year but very pleased to take 12 mins of last years time :) suprised to beat Michael Grehan & James adams both better runners than myself - both struggled running 3 miles along Chisel beach which was tough & i struggled just less so than other people - i got into a rhythm with the stones & that kind of worked for me. Perfect weather for time of year - sunny & dry.
