Portland Coastal Trail Marathon

Binks getting lost cost me five minutes. However that was the most scenic marathon ive ever run so it does not matter.

Foxy A brutally tough race around the cliff tops of Portland - great rugged scenery. part road, part coastal path, part scrambling up & down rocks, plus 100 yards or so along Chisel beach. great organistaion, well signposted, the Lobster pot restaurant was a great race HQ, enjoyed the Lasagne & chips thrown in afterwards. Dog tags instead of a medal was a refreshing change (although may lose it's appeal if you were to do more than one of Endurancelife's events.) a reasonable white cotton t-shirt. a great comraderie amongst a small select group of runners.
