Southampton Tony That was the hilliest cross-country race I've ever done, there was a total of over 150m vertical climb each lap (like running up the stairs of a 50 storey building each lap). Well done to all the winners! A fabulous course and well marshalled and organised. The evening bash wasn't bad either. Official distance in the end was 11.4km for the men, or 7.05 miles if you prefer.
