About this parkrun

Two out and back laps (last time I did it) along an uneven path by a stream, followed by a very steep, short climb and then a downhill section on old rail line. Great volunteers and nice coffee van

Challenging rough terrain through a field of rabbit holes - nasty sharp incline in the middle - not one for chasing a time !
