Piran Surf Run

paskha 16th 10K / 2nd Piran Surf Run. Easter Monday race on the beach at Perranporth - Start time depends on the tide - this year 2pm. Two of us got a lift from Craig & Jane this year (all Hayle Runners) THANKS! Run on mostly firm sand to the end of the beach - 17 mins! it's a LONG beach ... up the BIG CLIFF and along the dunes, down the GERONIMO run (fast down the sandhill like a big kid) 15 mins - and round again (already lapped by 4 or 5 runners!) to end of beach, 7 mins, & up the BIG CLIFF (Dead Mans Hill) and along - enjoyed the WHEEEEE sandhill more the second time - as not looking out for runners lapping me! 13 mins, and back along the beach - 10 mins. (Official time was incorrect as I was just behind the person in front)
