Lisrun Beautiful run along the beach, on to grass on the headland, more beach, promenade and then beach at the finish. Gorgeous weather, sunny with a cool breeze. You could take any path and it was weird seeing runners going off on different routes. I really enjoyed this run. My hip muscle felt okay 5 mins in and does not feel too bad a day later, so hopefully my long lay off is over. Backpack or holdall for all finishers
