Lisrun My 53rd race in 12 months, Don't think I will reach this number again. Lovely sunny day with no wind. Tried the middle route across the Leas and there were one or two other short cuts compared to previous years. Reduced my time by a minute so I was pleased. Thermos cool bag, mars bar, drink and crisps to all finishers. A great scenic run.
