Rach E Deliberately started at the back and ran easily as felt like death! Wasn't going to run but we didn't have a team so felt bad not to. Ended up being one of my most satisfying XC races to date. Gradually worked my way through the field to finish 8th - my lowest league position for three years, but probably the most enjoyable races I've done. Give me a month and I'll be back to it :-)
