McCargathon Slightly shambolic start, lots of zig-zagging around the park with people cutting corners... I've ran more professional races to be honest. Pleasant stretch down the river though and solid time on the flat.

prolaps PB but below target. excuses include: very badly organised race, could not pick up race number on time, could not go to loo before starting. Soggy field start very crowded. Sorry to the person who bet £800 on me.
