CD Great scenery. Hard climb and descent. Total ascent and decsent 939 metres. Very well organised race with some good touches.

FrightenedMan Aggh! Hard race. I blew it after first ascent. Couldn't keep my heart rate down. Wanted to give up after 6 miles! On the plus side I think I'm learning to descend. Well organised but no memento as promised. I felt I earned a t-shirt or similar.
