joggerpete Quite hot in parts not a bad course narrow at start. seemed to struggle in parts legs a bit achy will have to look at training. Perhaps too fast 1st mile was hoping to run alot faster but learn and get stuck into training. Just wish legs and ankle had no pain might save up to see a physio

Super Kev Couldn't quite break 30 today, it's was pretty hot and humid. I still love this race.

SPKoF Brilliant. I really wasn't expecting a PB here. I didn't know the course nor did I have a slighter faster clubmate to chase down and drag me along. The course helped. A lot was under tree cover making it nice and cool and it did seem to go downhill the whole way (although obvious with the start and finish in the same place it can't have). The downs were gentle and long and the one uphill section was short and shape - the faster way around.
