SPKoF Perfect night for it. Still and a little drizzle. First few miles I was on for a really quick time but at 3 miles the tail end of this chest injection kicked in and I coughed and spluttered my way through the 3rd mile before regaining my rhythms for the last mile. Boring course but conducive to PB - which I got by 1 minute 15s - despite the fell race the day before.
