koilowe Very fast start but faded around halfway. saved a bit for the finish and should have kept the fast early pace all the way. Bit warm for me! Was not expecting the hill around halfway.

MAD Superman Had a shocking middle 2m (6:50's). Had absolutely nothing in my legs - probably as a result of running a massive 5m pb (30:32) Wednesday night followed up by a long run Thursday and 5m Friday. Not enough recovery. Very heavy legged but managed to pull it together enough to just sneak under 40 mins. Definately need to find another 10k as I'm confident I got another minute off that easily if I prepared better. NOT HAPPY

ninemins The sun seemed to break through the scattered cloud just at the start and the temperature soared - that's my excuse for a mediorce performance anyway. Strange stuff in the goody bag though - the bag itself made from recycled bottles. Usual bits like sports drink water and a healthy looking cereal bar but I would love to have been a fly on the wall at the commitee meeting - I wont allow your socks in the goodie bag unless you allow the illuminated pen. Must have been props from a sci fi movie! Great organisation and every penny to charity - and I am reliably informed the cake was great and the price very very resonable!

Wicked D GARMIN TIME = 45mins 46secs, I was 1min 14secs outside of PB BUT I knocked 4mins 23secs off last years time here so I'm happy with that and this has a bit of a stubborn hill about half way lol
