Gasheader The club has entered a team - dont know what to expect will ask around b4 commiting myself to a time....Update. Well that was a real education, fantastic organisation and real big event feel with hundreds and hundreds of quality runners and me. Was lapped by the first 10 . still a pleasure to see these fantastic athletes zoom past me .By the third lap I managed to overtake a few runners but was really hurting by this stage. Running in spikes was good but felt blisters forming by the end . As usual able to hurl myself downhill passing 20 to thirty then all came back past with intrest on short sharp hills. Managed a sprint finish and felt I was running fast most of time but the clock does not lie, Will add my place and confirm time once announced. 577/665
