MAD Superman Marketon Park XC. 3 laps with 2 small hills on each lap. All on grass. Held back for the first lap with Amsterdam Marathon next week in mind but felt good and maintained a good pace throughout, picking off a few at the end. Splits: 6:10 6:11 6:15 6:09 6:17 5:21
