nic the fizz Think my son will beat me properly this year, rather than me letting him! Sign of the times. wow, i guessed my time exactly! Shouldn't really have run as hubby gave us all his chesty cough - thanks! Son ran 9.53. Had to scrub the hangover 5 this morning (hilly 5 miler) as can't breathe and chest feels like sandpaper. Want to be better before county champs and centurion grand prix on 5th and 6th.
