Lisrun If its the same course as the Sherman Cup its just over 9K. Got 44min 26sec in Oct so hoping to do better. *Update* Bit muddier than it was in October. I felt pretty tired after a long run yesterday and I took almost two laps to run off the stiffness in my legs. Very pleased with a fast final lap, but overall about 2 minutes slower than October

nochickenstrip Running from Medium pack for 1st time, with a 2:30 handicap, official handicapped time was 38:14, run time was 35:44, very pleased with 66th position out of 230 runners and 21st out of 59 medium packers. look forward to next time!
