Fishface Felt good going into race ( training OK/ weather OK/ reasonable PB course ) - ready to break the 45mins barrier. Got off to a slow start ( boxed in a bit ) so 30 seconds down after first 1km - so went a bit quicker to get back on track - result was I was working harder than planned in first half. Still managed PB for 10k and achieved my target. Hopefully can be still lower it further.

Spans Finally I have got my target for the year of a sub 40and I came home 3rd lady ! Not quite how I wanted it as I completely mucked up my pacing again by going out too fast in the first couple of miles, but I can work on that... so not a bad day!!
