Cookie Did the first two miles too quick. Slowed down along Hook Lane. Horton Lane drags up forever and I dropped off 7 min miling pace. Picked it up in the last mile but not by enough. Disappointed to be over 7 mins/mile but 40 seconds faster than Sutton. I'm headed the right way.
