dontdrinkthewater Yes, I did it!!!!! Very windy today, walking seemed faster than running at one point. Well happy with time. Plus I wasn't last!!!!

Raymac This run was very very windy, one guys hat blew off and he sarted running BACK for it. I,d let it go, bugger the hat! My max heart rate was 189bpm, dont know whether to laugh or cry at that! Could do a lot better but its the extra weight that i,m carrying just now. Work work work...rules my life. Well done to Des for beating me by nearly a couple of minutes!
