Mossel Bay Marathon

Insomniac I vaguely remember that Mossel Bay is quite flat, and someone told me that after running Comrades in May, August is the best time to set a new marathon PB, I'm not so optimistic, but I'm aiming for a sub 3:15 for a course that isn't mainly downhill. The course measured long (according to my garmin) and had lots of hills
