Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Scott S Enjoyable run. Lovely scenery with slightly more hills/inclines than most people make out. Windy along the coast and very sparse crowd support. Loads of helpful marshalls and water stations and my Garmin was pretty much in sync with most of the mile points (counts down rather than up). Some traffic on the route which did make the effort to drive around runners. Marshals held it up at a couple of point to allow road crossing. Good quality medal and t-shirt provided before the race etc. Had very tight calves over the last few miles which made running difficult and I ended up doing too much walking which cost me a PB :(
