BigChiefRunningBore result:- this was mean in places, lost at least a minute on big hill. Taken with slowing down in last 3 then this was close to pb land. First time felt in the form I was in June, well since June!!. Chip time race but no measured start, only at finish. So at least I know if OFFICALLY took me 11 seconds to cross the start line. Pah. Lovely day though. Poss the last day of summer.
