allym Very tough this year with the heat. I dropped five minutes on last years time which was disappointing.

Wheabs Don't think I'll be as fast as last year - just got back from travelling and it looks like it will be a hot day! It was a hot day and I guessed about right with my time!

Wiggle This race was hard. It was the hottest day of the year so far and the race itself had a relatively steep incline (certainly for a Londoner) for about 1.5km just after 2km. The commaraderie was good however. I was disappointed with my time, but whilst running I anticipated it to be much slower so I don't think I should be too disheartened.

willpalmer That was hard! Much hotter and hillier than I ever expected. There was no way I was going to a PB.
