Vickyy Did really well up the hills passing people and running well but lost too much time going down hill - I just couldn't let go and disengage my brain and brakes when it came to going down hill - I really need to practice this aspect of my running

SPKoF Went well until the 2nd lap when I pushed too hard on the big climb and blew up. Got passed by a few people and wasn't very happy at the end. As always with David Denton runs, well organised and marshalled. Water and quick results online. All for £3. What more do you want?
