Runs With Coyotes A mile race relatively close to home: too good to miss! It won't be a sub five, and it won't be a PB, but it'll be good to practise the distance under race conditions. It's on a road, with a few subtle ups and downs, and I don't know how many will be running, so who knows how long it'll take. I aim to give it 110% effort though. :-) For race report see my blog. A great race though!
