LiamS76 MWRRL Welwyn. 35th, started slow, gradullay overttaking all the way to the finish. One other fivefinger wearer! Hot.

PhilB66 Hard going, but very pleasing 22nd place (4th BSRC) with new PB by 1min 13sec. Reasonably steady pace. Slowed a bit midway, then managed to speed up a bit towards the end pulling in 4 or 5 places.

Vindicator Went off too fast and totally lost it in the 4th mile. Came to the end very tired and hot safe in the knowledge that noone from another club was going to pass be so stupidly slowed. Missed PB by 1 second because of this!
