Tarmac Runner Took it nice and easy.Ran from the start slow and picket up pace to about 8.30 min miles for the first three mile then picked up again to about 7-7.15 for the last three. Nice flat run in the country side over in Burton. Mainly off road on hard trails round the reservoir and down canal. Nice evening with Carolyn.
