Blister I had leg 11, so a long wait. We started quite well but dropped backed to around 25th just before my leg so I had a lot of pressure to keep us there and being very unfit it was tough going. A lovely course but with some undulations. To be honest I am pleased with the time considering the small amount of training I have done and the fact that I put on about half a stone last week! But I would have done a low 18 min if I was as fit as in January. The good news is that we made it in the top 25 teams so we qualified for the national relay champs.
