Diogenes Pleased with this. Ran steady throughout, got a negative split speeding up at the end and sprinting in (well, quick-plodding anywway). Good to run a steady well-paced race at last. I like this course. Only downside was no photographer this year (as far as I could see) and a few of the the km markers weren't very accurate.

Minimag First competetive run, found it hard going as I had only trained on a treadmill, but still managed a pb, having people around me and being cheered on helped. This has inspired me to continue training and aim for a half marathon early in 2007, possibly looking to complete a marathon before the end of 2007.
