BradCordell First Oly distance Tri - Times are near as I can remember as I can't find the official results for my wave :p D Took an age in the first transition - nearly 7 minutes! But finished in 2:44:45.

Mazza aka Fitso sorry to all who bet on me - a DNF for this one. Tore my calf muscle and had to withdraw during the run. Absolutely gutting as I was on target for sub-2.40. with a 31.58 swim, & 1.07 bike in spite of blistering heat.
