Alex Patton 177/355 - 44s slower than 2 years ago which considering I only started running again 6 weeks ago is something of a result (although it could have had something to do with the ground being even harder than usual). Hope to steadily work my way up to the top 100 by the end of the season

tom_craggs Pending official result. COnsidering about 4 months of shocking training with missed sessions, in fact missed weeks, putting on nearly a stone in weight and running a hard track session in Thursday I was pleased to beat my time of 2 years ago and dip under 30 mins around this tough course. Loads of work to do but it means it is not all bad. Smiling to see the guys you coach overtake you on the last lap though.
