Kieren First XC event so unsure of times*update: Wow - that was tough. I had no idea how to pace it and the class of runners there was phenomenal. I was really weak on the climbs but better than average on the descents. Need some strength work. Great Serpie turn out. Position 221 / 242 - so almost last - how humbling :)
