Lisrun Undulating course along narrow roads and via some lovely N. Yorkshire villages. Part of the Black Sheep Series. First 8K was in bright sunlight - very hot and then it clouded over. Started off way too fast and suddenly felt very tired after 2K. Felt a bit ill afterwards, think I need to do a bit more training.
