Adders First ever 10k race. Was pleased to run under 40, but I could have gone closer to 39 if i ran a more economical race. Last 3 km were very uncomfortable. Overall race rating: 7/10

Alex Patton 9/149 - Chuffed to bits with this. Forgot my watch but actually think it probably helped me as it meant I ran by feel - going off fast and clinging on rather than applying the brakes at the first km marker. Managed to muster a sprint finish through the housing estate to get the guy in front of me as well. Reasonably nice course but I'm still hankering after the XC.....
