fraggle Swim : distance unknown : was anything from 800m+ swam downstream only as river flowing fast and potentially dangerous. Bike : legs had nothing in them today. There were two massive hills to deal with, but am a bit disappointed TBH Run : actually enjoyed this bit! off road and muddy at times, and better after the first 20 mins when I could feel my leg again!
