GOM. Was going great guns for the first 6-7miles and was heading for a new pb. Then the heat and the hills got to me and I blew up some what! But overall a good event and one I should be back to next year to try and beat this years time......

Greenman Luckily the clear skies and sunshine had disappeared for the start which kept the temperature bearable but despite being overcast it was still very humid, especially near the mill at 6M. There was a welcome breeze though and I was relatively pleased with my time considering I was still suffering from a head cold.
