Lisrun A hard frost the night before, so at the start I wished I had some gloves. However, once the race started, I got warmed up pretty quickly and did not notice the cold. No wind, clear skies and interesting countryside. An undulating course along country lanes with a dip and a climb near 7 miles. Forgot to check my laces before the start and ended up stopping twice.
