JackT Pb'd by 20 seconds, although was 7 seconds off my predicted time. Could have been much faster - had a shocking second and third mile, pulled it round at the end though.

That Damned Bloke oh so close! would've broke 'the 55' but my buddy was having trouble in the first few miles, so i tried to help... later on he ran on ahead and beat me! ha.... the cheek! breezy head-wind wasnt good on the outward leg. sapped the strength. still happy with the new P.B. though.
