Bambie Took the short straw and biked most of the way. Tim the telegraph ran for 6, I ran 2ish and Tim ran the rest. Very enjoyable!

Mudlark/Titan Tri sport This is all multi terrain on forest trails,time depends on weather !feeling fit again for this race,99% should beat estimated time,so worth a bet !UPDATE paired up with blotts mate,she rode bike i ran,treuly hardest race ive run had in years,went thru pain barreir & out the over side with smiles,we WON 1st mixed pair,6th overall ,Brill.

TecT Going to have a go at this with MrsTT - she will bike most of it, which leaves me most of the running - should be interesting! BLimey that was hard..... but we did it! Great event - shame there were not more competitors really... It was more like 12.5 miles than 11 and so distance wise was WAY into new running territory for me. Everything hurt by the finish, and we finished deal last, but we did finish!
