About this parkrun
3 laps, fairly flat but with a steep offroad slope on each lap. nice offroad section including a tree jump.The Mussile 8th Jan 2019
Reasonably flat and fast multi lap course combining tarmac, park ground and forest trail with added bonus of one natural obstacle. Friendly and welcoming team.

Out around the reservoir path then 3 laps of around the field, short sharp uphill, along canal, down again & back through woods to the reservoir to go round again or back to start. Mixed terrain, muddy in the woods. Came up short on my watch.
