Relkeel66 Apologies to any one betting but hardly trained since stratford through injury so was just aiming to get round and with the weather coming out so hot I suffered all the way I'm afraid.This proved as tough a race for me as any I've run and looks like I've revved my knee up quite badly so back to the drawing board again.
