Dad of 3 Garmin time. Started off as a wet and windy day but the weather behaved itself for the race. I am pleased that i've ducked into the high 7 min miling now. the next step is Medium 7's.

Doctor K Have only done this race once in 2005 and therefore one time for 6 miles -53.27. PB is a possibility despite performance at Chernobyl 10K. Result -PB for 6 miles -had a stormer by my standards -the recent cross training and some weight loss paying off.

yolandem really enjoyed it!! I was slightly intimidated as i had never done a race like this before, soon got over that and got into my stride! Pleased with time as i have just recovered from an injured calf!!
