Buzzards Sis A really hard race but really challenging and interesting. A multi terrain race with bit of everything, road (not much), trails, sand (up hill too - very hard work!), XC, cow fields and even a couple of styles. Very steep hills up the South Downs, taking in part of the Hogs Back. Fantastic scenery and a great race I'll do again but not one for a pb! A good time though, only about a minute longer than my current raod 10K pb so a good run. I felt great at times (not on the steep hills) and know I am improving.
