oceanspirit I'm guessing on the seconds part. But i know it only took me 35 minutes and not the 45 I thought it would take me. Ok so i over estimated. I got back into running from a 3 month break from ANY exercise at all. How was I supposed to know I would do this well? Over the moon though about my time!

Sniss Very happy with my time considering the 2 tough hill sections. Was a good event, however distance markers and a few more marshalls on the corners would improve things. Very much enjoyed though, and will be back next year!

SUPERWOMAN63 Well l still remember the hot hilly 10km City v cCty race here in June and today although it was 5km ( yippee ) is still going to be hot and hilly. this was another race l had entered before doing the marathon and again thought that 5km would be a walk in the park after running 26.2 miles but l was wrong again, l still enjoyed running but was finding it a bit of a struggle and the hill was a bit of a struggle BUT l did finish because l wanted the medal and it was a lovely day and my husband and children were there and and and ......they believe in me.
I am NOT running another race in Greenwich Park !!!!!!! watch this space
