brotherjohn Late decision do have a go at this, but glad I did it. Good test to see how I am recovering from injury and came through it much better than I thought I would. Slow time, but just ran it at a comfortable pace and well over distance, 10.7k. so pleased with the run today. Don't know official time yet, but just over 43 min for 10k on a very hard course.
