Marts 1 small lap and 3 big ones Lap times 2:22, 5:19, 5:32, 5:24 Aim was sub-6mm and was 1 sec inside it:) 1st small lap too fast, not sure if 2nd big lap (5:32 one) was slow due to loss of concentration or if final lap I just found something else. Spud-runner My 1st 'proper' 5K. I've broken 20 before in training, but I've just run a massive 10K PB and a hard club run (Tues nite) so not sure how this will go. *update* what can I say?? Awesome!
