Lisrun Cool and cloudy and it looked like it would rain, but it held off. Great and recommended run through Hulne Park on forest roads and paved estate roads. Forest roads stony in places. Had to cope with a hedgehog and herd of cattle crossing the road (not at the same time). Uphill between 1K and 2K and then downhill from 3K to 5K, then flat.Took it very easy initially as my calf had cramped after Sunday's run. Felt fine, so speeded up in the second half. Miniature glass to all finishers
