Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Grey Badger Did 38m 12sec last year so hope to better that if i'm still improving. Course was a measured 10k this year and was about 300ms longer than last year so my time in real terms was faster. Wasn't feeling great either coming down with the flu i think. Breathing was all over the place.

jazz Enjoyed this race. Time was pretty much what I expected it to be as knew the course was not totally flat and a bit of a stoney path also. Would do this one again

RununMan Never done this race before, looks a good scenic run and i'm looking forward to it. I only hope the course is flat(?) and the weather is good. Sub38 is my target time ... we shall see? 15/5 Tougher than I expected but what a great setting for a race. Went off a little quick and 1-2k was uphill, which didn't help. Not an easy surface to run on but would certainly do it again. Sub38 will have to wait!!

SJS Prediction as per Blyth 10k (48:00), but let's see how I do in that one! Note to betters - I have entered this race. SJS 15.4.07 ------------------------------------ Did 45:45 at Blyth. It was a tad windy. Can I do better? Would like to break 45 mins; would hope to do no worse than Blyth. Revised prediction to 46:00. SJS 30.4.07 ----------------------------------- apparently there's a hill; not as fast as blyth. revised to 47 min. ---------- well 46.42 was quite a good guess. was a negative split. see training log. SJS 21.5.07 -------
